This is the biggest of Romagna’s amusement parks and one of the most important in Italy and Europe. Among the various areas into which the park is split (over 40 different attractions for adults and children) of great interest is Bimbopoli. During the day, lots of shows in a setting of greenery and lakes (3 lakes, 7 fountains, 14 waterfalls).
The beating heart of the "House of Butterflies" is the greenhouse where every day the fantastic flight can be seen of hundreds of colourful tropical butterflies. This 500 sq m facility reproduces the climate and environment of a rainforest. This already large attraction, which besides the greenhouse comprises a botanic/nature walk, has recently been further extended with the opening of a new facility dedicated to the world of insects.
This is the only place which besides conveying great emotions, permits travelling, dreaming and even learning! 272 perfect scale reproductions of many of Italy’s best-loved buildings and monuments, the Science Amusement Park, breathtaking attractions such as Canoe or Sling Shot, a Venice to sail through which is only five times smaller than the real thing, the Laser&Music Show and the History of Italy show and Interactive Driving School and Water Cannon attractions. This theme park is dedicated to Italy’s historical, architectural and cultural heritage and has been amusing and teaching visitors since 1970.
Oltremare is a park designed for all 600 million European citizens: full of routes and encounters with nature. A surface area of 110 thousand square metres for an exciting tribute to our Planet and our Sea, where amusement is also a chance to live an experience full of educational information. Oltremare does in fact promote the preservation of the Environmental heritage with special focus on the Adriatic and its coastline.
